摘要
探讨了根瘤菌剂拌种和土壤条件对绿豆根系生长、主要农艺性状和产量的影响。结果表明,改良土壤对绿豆的生长有显著的促进作用,能优化绿豆全生育期中侧根总长、根瘤数、株高、地上部分鲜重、有效分枝数和单株荚数等性状的表现;在土壤条件无法改变时,进行根瘤菌剂拌种可使绿豆的结瘤性能增强,并有利于促进绿豆的生长和产量提高。
The effects of Rhizobium and soil properties on root growth,agronomic characteristics and yield of mung bean were studied.The results showed that soil quality improvement could boost mung bean growth significantly or highly significantly,as length of lateral root,nodule number of lateral root,plant height,fresh weight of aboveground biomass,valid branch number and pod per plant was increased.When the soil condition could not be reformed,inoculating Rhizobium could also improve agronomic characteristics and yield of mung bean significantly due to the good nodulating ability of Rhizobium.
