摘要
为了研发一种常温下钢铁表面的处理工艺,进行了以锑盐为主要成膜组分的黑化液的实验研究。通过单因素实验考察了三氯化锑、硫酸铝、盐酸、偏硅酸钠、钼酸钠、酒石酸等的加入量以及成膜时间对膜性能的影响。然后通过正交实验优化了黑化液的处理工艺。
In order to develop a process for treating steel surface at room temperature, an experimental study was performed on a blackening solution with antimony salt as its main film forming component. The effects of dosage of antimony trichloride, aluminum sulfate, hydrochloric acid, sodium metasilicate, sodium molybdate, tartaric acid, etc. and film forming time on film properties were investigated by single-factor test. Then the treating process of the blackening solution was optimized by orthogonal test.
