摘要
基于LabVIEW图形化编程语言,实现了机械振动测试平台的设计。该测试平台主要完成对振动信号的数据采集、时域分析、频域分析、时频分析等功能。利用压电式加速度传感器、电荷放大器等硬件搭建的测试系统进行测试实验,结果表明:该系统能够完成多通道信号的实时数据采集、波形显示、数据存储、信号分析、回放测量等功能;且具有良好的扩展性,速度快、界面友好。适合于工程人员和实验室使用。
The design of mechanical vibration test platform is realized based on the LabVIEW graphical programming language. This test platform mainly consists of data acquisition, time domain analysis, frequency domain analysis, time-frequency analysis module. Testing experiment is completed using hardware structures of the test system which are composed of piezoelectric acceleration sensor, charge amplifier, etc.. Experimental results indicate: the system not only can perform real-time data acquisition of multiple channels signal, waveform display, data storage, signal analysis, playback measurement, etc., but also has good expansibility, high speed and friendly interface. It is suitable for engineering personnel and laboratory use.
