摘要
分析梅钢转炉倾动机械轴承振动在线监测系统的工艺特点和技术现状,针对人工观察方法存在的缺陷,采用高速实时采集技术,设计一种基于故障诊断的振动状态在线监测系统。在设计过程中,依据干扰抑制机理,采用电磁屏蔽、硬件和软件滤波等措施。结果表明:该系统较好地满足了实时监测、自动报警、数据记录和历史查询等要求,有效地提高了转炉倾动机械运行状态在线监测的可靠性,并为系统故障诊断提供可靠的依据。
The technological features and technology status of the converter tilting machinery bearing vibration online monitoring system in the Meishan & Steel Co. Ltd. were analyzed. In the light of the defects of the artificial observation method, with high-speed real-time data acquisition technology, a new vibration monitoring system of the bearing of the converter was designed. In the design process, according to the interference suppression mechanism, measures such as electromagnetic shielding, and hardware and software filtering were adopted. The results show that the system can satisfy requirements of real time monitoring, automatic alarm, data records and history inquiries, and can improve effectively the converter tilting machinery condition monitoring reliability, provide reliable basis for fault diagnosis of the system.
