摘要
高职教育的目标是培养合格的社会主义接班人和建设者,坚持生本管理是提高促进教育质量的有效手段和措施,随着高职学校规模的不断扩大和学生人数的增加,带来了学生管理与教育质量两大难题,本文阐述了加强高职校生本管理对于高职教育质量提升的作用以及如何在高职教育中运用生本管理。
Vocational education aims to train qualified builders and successors of socialism.Upholding the student-oriented management is the effective way and measures to promote the quality of education.Along with the constant expansion of vocational schools and the increase in the number of students,it brought two difficult problems of student management and the quality of education.This paper describes the role of strengthening student-oriented management in improving the vocational education quality and how to use student-oriented management in vocational education.
