摘要
目的:探讨应用医学验光进行准分子屈光手术术前检查和手术设计的重要性。方法:按照医学综合验光的方法与要求进行综合验光,包括屈光度的测定、双眼平衡、主导眼、眼位、手术者的职业与生活习惯、调节与辐辏等检测项目。根据检测数据及参考患者视力要求进行手术参数设计。结果:术眼术后视力均得到明显提高,无主诉明显视疲劳、视物困难、眩光、重影、双眼视物不平衡、昼夜不平衡及主导眼错位等现象。结论:充分使用医学综合验光的基本理论指导准分子屈光手术,不仅会使术后视力得到明显提高,更将会使术后视觉质量得到明显改善。
Objective： To investigate the importance of the application of medical optometry for the preoperative examination and design of exeimer photorefractive operation.Method： According to the comprehensive medical optometry methods and requirements for integrated optometry, including the diopter measurement, binocular balance, dominant eye, eye position, the occupation and living habits of patient and other aeeonnnodation and vergence detection projects. Aeeording to patient＇s testing data and acuity requirements to make operation parameter design. Results：Postoperative visual acuity improved significantly without the phenomenon of complaint, visual fatigue, visual difficulties, glare, ghosting, unbalanced binocular vision, circadian imbalance and the dominant eye misalignment. Conclusion： To make full use of comprehensive medical optometry theory to guide laser refractive operation, it not only makes the postoperative visual acuity obviously improved, but more will make the quality of postoperative vision were improved dramatielly.
