摘要
文章介绍了以建设用电信息采集系统为基础,以信息、通信技术为支撑,实现对所有客户和关口数据实时在线采集,及时、完整、准确地为"SG186"营销业务系统提供基础数据;实现营销信息化管理,提升快速响应市场变化、快速反应客户需求的互动能力,为推动双向互动营销、实施更具竞争力的市场营销策略、优化完善营销业务奠定基础,不断提升电网经营企业营销服务水平。
In this paper,based on constructing electric energy data acquisition system,the information and communications technology for support,real-time online collection to all of the customers and the exchange point data is realized and marketing business ″SG186″ is provided basic data timely,completely and accurately.The marketing information management system is realized and interactive ability of rapid response to market changes and response of customer demands is enhanced.To lay the foundation on promoting two-way interaction,implementing more competitive marketing strategy and optimizing marketing process,the marketing service level of grid corporations is continuously improved.
