摘要
通过一个实际案例从能耗方面对冷库中的热气除霜和电热除霜进行对比分析,并从实验和理论方面进一步讨论,说明热气除霜的优越性。以往冷库中常用定时除霜,针对定时除霜的缺陷进行改进,采用时间温度法进行控制。
The comparative analysis of hot gas defrost and electricity defrost in cold storage are discussed through a practical project, and it is also analyzed from the experiment and theoretical aspects, the analysis shows the advantage of hot gas defrost, then the text analyzes the defect of timing defrost control method in practice and suggest a time and temperature control method.
