节能减排目标下燃煤机组电量分配模糊优化模型 被引量:15

A Fuzzy Optimization Model for Allocation of Generated Energy Among Coal-Fired Units With Targets of Energy Saving and Emission Reduction

摘要 电力工业是节能减排的重点行业,"以大代小"成为电力行业节能减排和结构调整的重要手段。以煤耗量和二氧化碳排放量最小为目标,建立节能减排下燃煤火电机组电量分配优化模型,并通过定义目标隶属度函数将目标模糊化,采用满意度指标将双目标问题转化为单目标问题进行求解。算例分析表明:建立的优化模型能够在满足煤耗和排放量最小的目标下合理分配机组发电量;相比计划电量分配模式,节能减排模式下100 MW及以下煤耗高、污染重的小机组被分配电量减少、煤耗低、污染小的大机组被分配电量增多。通过与单目标模型比较,该双目标优化模型可以更好地兼顾到煤耗和排放目标的统一,为电力节能减排政策制定提供更准确的定量分析依据。 Power sector is the key industry to pursue the policy of energy saving and emission reduction, and "replacing the low-capacity generation units with high-capacity ones" becomes the important manner to implement energy-saving and emission reduction in power sector. Taking the minimum coal consumption and the least emission of carbon dioxide as objects, a optimization model for the allocation of generated energy among coal-fired units with targets of energy saving and emission reduction is built and by mean of defining the membership functions of the two objects respectively the objects are fuzzified; then by use of satisfaction index the dual object problem is solved by turning the dual object problem into single object problems. Case analysis results show that the built model can rationally allocate generated energy among coal-fired units under the condition of satisfying the objects of minimum coal consumption and least emission of carbon dioxide; comparing with the planned allocation mode of generated energy, less generated energy is allocated to low-capacity coal-fired units with rated capacity of IOOMW and lower while major generated energy is allocated to high-capacity coal-fired units with acceptable coal consumption and emission of carbon dioxide. Comparing with single object model, the proposed dual-object model can consider both coal consumption and emission reduction simultaneously, so it may offer more accurate foundation for quantitative analysis during making policy of energy saving and emission reduction in power sector.
