官地水电站大坝溢流表面聚脲抗冲耐磨弹性体涂层施工工艺试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 高速含沙水流对水工混凝土建筑物过流面形成强大的冲刷磨损、空蚀作用,是水工泄流建筑物如溢流坝、泄洪洞(槽)、泄水闸等常见的病害,因此历来备受重视。文章就新一代高性能聚脲抗冲磨弹性体材料对水工泄流建筑物的抗裂性、抗冲磨能力和快速易施工性,以及适合复杂环境下的施工工艺,结合现场试验进行了探讨,对于当前及今后兴建高水头水工泄洪建筑物表面抗冲刷层和耐磨蚀层防护具有重大意义。 The erosion, abrasion and cavitation to flow surface of hydraulic concrete structures due to high speed sediment-laden flow are the common diseases in hydraulic outlet structures such as overflow weir, spillway tunnel (trough) and sluicing gate. So it has always been taken seriously. Based on site tests, the paper discusses the new generation of high-performance polyurea anti-erosion elastromer material applied in hydraulic outlet structures to resist cracks and erosion, and their construction technique suitable for complicated environment, which is of great significance to the construction of anti-erosion and abrasion-resistant layers on the surfaces of high head hy- draulic spillway structures at present and in the future.
