摘要
新型Al-Si-Cu-Mg铝合金材料在319.0合金的基础上,通过调整合金中Cu,Mg两种元素的含量和添加其他微量元素,同时改善了室温性能和高温性能,力学性能优于传统发动机缸盖铝合金;采用常用方法测试了新型铝合金的铸造性能,并且经过试制验证了新型铝合金铸造性能满足发动机缸盖的成型性要求;通过相图分析和显微组织观察揭示了新型铝合金的强化机理,Mg的时效强化作用优于Cu。
Based on 319.0 alloy, the content of Cu and Mg was first adjusted, then other trace elements were added, and finally the new-type Al-Si-Cu-Mg aluminum alloy was formed. Compared with traditional aluminum alloys, the new alloy had better ambient and high temperature performance and its mechanical performance outwent that of traditional alloy. Using usual methods, the casting properties of Al-Si-Cu-Mg alloy were tested. Through the trial-production, it was proved that Al-Si-Cu- Mg alloy could meet the molding requirement of cylinder head. By the phase diagram analysis and microstructure observation, the strengthening mechanism of Al-Si-Cu-Mg alloy was understood and the conclusion that the aging strengthening of Mg was better than that of Cu was drawn.
