摘要
目的观察牛黄、西洋参并用治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法将120例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组采用体外培育牛黄配伍西洋参粉末温水冲服,对照组采用恩替卡韦口服治疗,以3个月为1个疗程,均治疗3个疗程。观察两组治疗前后的临床症状、体征、肝功能、肝纤维化指标及HBV-DNA的变化情况。结果治疗组和对照组临床总有效率分别为83%、63%,经统计学比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);且治疗组肝功能、肝纤维化指标改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论牛黄、西洋参并用治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎疗效确切,为中医药治疗乙肝提供了新的有效途径。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of ＂Ginseng and Calculus Bovis＂ in treating chronic hepatitis B. Methods 120 cases of chronic hepatitis B were equally randomized into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group were treated by ＂Ginseng and Calculus Boris＂, and the control group treated by ＂Entecavir＂. Three months was a course of the treatment. Each group was treated for three courses. The clinical symptoms, 1 iver function, fibrosis - related indices and HBV - DNA level were observed. Results The total effective rate was 83% in the treatment group and 63% in the control group （P 〈 0.05） ;the liver function and fibrosis -related indices were obviously improved in the treatment group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ＂Ginseng and Calculus Bovis＂ is actually effective for chronic hepatitis B, providing an effective pathway in treating Chronic Hepatitis B.
