Optimization of Aggregate Gradation for ATB-25 Asphalt Mixture

摘要 以混合料骨料填充理论为基础,运用理论计算的手段给出了高温多雨大交通量高速公路沥青路面下面层用ATB—25的合理级配范围,并且根据生产实践对级配进行了优化。与规范规定的级配范围相比,优化后的ATB—25混合料级配范围,适当提高了级配下限的细集料比例,保证了ATB—25混合料的密实性;且大幅度减少了级配上限细集料比例,使ATB—25混合料始终处骨架密实结构,提高了ATB—25混合料的高温抗车辙性能。同时,ATB—25矿料级配骨架密实结构理论分析与试验验证表明,考虑正常的施工偏差,优化后的级配范围始终处于骨架密实结构,高温稳定性和水稳性能可以得到保证,可以应用在我国高温多雨大交通量高速公路的下面层中。 Base on the theory of filling aggregate mixture,this paper gives a reasonable gradation range of ATB-25 mixture used in lower layer below the highway which is in high temperature,rainy and high traffic by means of theoretical calculations,and optimizes the gradation according to production practice.Comparing to the specification of the gradation range,the differences between the optimized ATB-25 mixture gradation are that the lower limit of aggregate gradation appropriately increase the fine aggregate ratio,ensuring the density of ATB-25 mixture.While the upper limit of aggregate gradation substantially reduce the proportion of fine aggregate,making the ATB-25 mixture always at the skeleton dense structure and improving ATB-25 mixture's performance of resisting rutting in high temperature.Meanwhile,the skeleton dense structure theory and experimental verification of ATB-25 aggregate gradation shows that considering the deviation of the normal construction,the optimized gradation range is always in the skeleton dense structure,whose high temperature stability and water stability properties can be guaranteed.Therefore,it can be used in lower layer below the highway which is in high temperature,rainy and high traffic.
