摘要
利用 SRV试验机和 2 2 0 1型表面粗糙度检查记录仪 ,对油润滑条件下经 3种参数激光微精处理的灰铸铁进行了抗磨性能研究 .结果表明 ,激光微精处理使其抗磨损性能大为提高 .随着处理参数不同 ,效果也有着较大差异 .
Antiwear test were performed for several kinds of grey iron treated microprecisely by laser with three different parameters under oil lubrication.The tests were done with the SRV instrument and the surface profile was measured with 2201 profile meter.The results obtained show that the surfaces treated microprecisely by laser have much higher antiwear property,and clear difference in antiwear characteristics with different treatment parameters.
