摘要
区别与传统意义的合成方法,本实验采用微波的条件下把Fe3+和Cr3+加入到碱性溶液中制备出Fe-OH和Fe-Cr-OH聚合羟基阳离子,并制备出不同Fe3+/(Cr3++Fe3+)比值的柱撑蒙脱土。另外还利用本实验合成的改性蒙脱土对40mg/L模拟污水茜素红溶液进行吸附实验,并研究了各测试条件的改变对其吸附去除率影响,并从柱撑蒙脱土的结构改变加以了证明。结果表明:Fe-OH和Fe-Cr-OH聚合羟基阳离子柱撑蒙脱土的层间距离明显增大使其具有很好的吸附能力(好于单纯的钠基蒙脱土)。
Different from traditional synthesis method,and the experimental results of the microwave under the condition of Fe3+and Cr3+to join the alkaline solution preparation out Fe-OH and Fe-Cr-OH hydroxyl cationic polymerization,and Fe3+/(Cr3++Fe3+) with different ratio of the pillared montmorillonite was prepared.Also use the experiment of synthesis modified montmorillonite to 40 mg/L simulation sewage alizarin red adsorption experiment of solution,the test conditions of the change of its adsorption removal rate affect,and from the pillared montmorillonite structure change to the proof.The results showed that the Fe-OH and Fe-Cr-OH hydroxyl cationic polymerization pillared montmorillonite distance between layers increased obviously,which made it very good adsorption ability(good from simple sodium montmorillonite).
