摘要
设计并搭建了基于LabVIEW的虚拟振动测试分析系统,介绍了系统硬件的搭建方法以及软件各功能模块的具体功能,说明了利用LabVIEW设计数据采集及数据分析程序的方法并给出了其主程序和部分界面。利用该系统对实际转子发生油膜失稳故障时的振动信号进行了采集,并利用LabVIEW实现的希尔伯特黄变换(Hilbert-Huang Transform,HHT)方法对振动数据进行分析,分析结果表明了该系统能够对振动信号进行采集并且可以对信号进行正确的分析,满足振动测试分析的任务要求。
Virtual vibration test and analysis system was designed and built. The method of how to build the hardware system and the specific functions of the software were introduced. The method of how to use LabVIEW to design the data acquisition and analysis program was proposed. Main programs and partial panels were presented. The vibration signal of actual rotor which was in oil film instability condition was acquired by this system and analyzed by the HHT method realized by LabVIEW. The results show that this system can correctly acquire the vibration signal and get the right analysis result. It can meet the task requirement of vibration test and analysis.
