摘要
校企合作,工学结合已成为高职院校人才培养的有效模式,但高职的会计专业由于其历史和专业的原因,在这方面还是没有实质性的突破,落后于其他专业,如何有效地开展真实性的生产性实训是会计专业急需化解的难题。以宁职院会计专业与财务处合作为例,阐述了专业生产性实训的实施及效果,为其他高职院校会计专业的生产性实训提供借鉴。
Although the talents training mode of cooperating college with enterprise, and combining learning with training has been proved to be effective in the higher vocational colleges, there is still no substantial progress in the accounting major, which fails behind the other majors. Therefore, how to carry out the effective producing training remains the urgent problem for the accounting major. The paper presents the implementation of producing training in the accounting major with the example of cooperating the accounting major with the finance department in Ningbo Polytechnic, which offers references for other higher vocational colleges.
