摘要
湖南"两型社会"的建设为邵阳产业发展提供了难得的历史机遇。作为经济欠发达的邵阳市,如何在"两型社会"建设的伟大战略中,抢抓机遇以实现产业结构调整和经济发展方式转变,促进地方经济又好又快发展,需要科学决策、快速转型,形成自己独特的产业发展战略。文章在深入分析"两型社会"建设对产业发展的客观要求、"两型社会"建设中的邵阳产业发展现状及主要问题的基础上,提出了邵阳产业发展战略的指导思想、基本原则、主要目标及路径选择。
The construction of ＂two types of society＂ in Hunan has brought some wonderful opportunities for Shaoyang. As a member of less-developed areas, Shaoyang needs scientific decision making, a rapid transformation and unique strategies in order to seize these opportunities and make the local economic develop better and faster. This paper has brought the guiding ideologies, basic principles, primary targets and route choices about the industry devel- opment strategies of Shaoyang based on the development requirements, actual state and the primary questions in the Shaoyang industry.
