摘要 目的:探讨糖尿病教育对型糖尿病患者的治疗性干预效果。方法:随机选择观察组30例例糖尿病病人,除常规药物治疗外辅以糖尿病教育4周,对照组28例,仅常规药物治疗,测两组治疗前后血糖及糖化血红蛋白HbAIC。结果:两组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、平均血糖及HbAIC均有下降,但干预组下降幅度大于对照组,并且日血糖波动范围明显减少,对照组血糖波动在治疗前后无明显变化。 Objective:to investigate the therapeutic effects of diabetes education in type Ⅱ diabetes patients.Method:30 type Ⅱ diabetes patients and 28 controls were enrolled randomly.The study group received both routine treatment and diabetes education,and the control group routine treatment only.Blood glucose and HbA IC level were measured before and after the intervention.Results:The level of blood glucose before and after diet,mean blood glucose and HbA IC were reduced in both groups after treatment,but the study group decreased more and fluctuate less than the controll group.The changes of control group have no statistic significance.Conclusion:Diabetes education is an active intervention for type Ⅱ diabetes patients and can act an a assistant in DM therapy.
