摘要
曲轴是柴油机中最重要、最昂贵的零件之一,在发动机的设计与改进中,曲轴的设计和改进占有极其重要的地位.基于VC++对曲轴强度校核的简支梁法进行了程序化设计,并利用所开发的系统进行了实例分析,为应用简支梁法分析曲轴强度提供了思路.
Crankshaft is one of the most important components in diesel engine,and its design and improvement are very important to engine design and improvement.So the crankshaft intensity checking system based on beam supported of both ends method is programmed by VC++.Then a real crankshaft is checked using this system and the results show that this system can be useful to crankshaft checking.
