摘要
采用系统工程的理论方法,应用解释结构模型(ISM)对快递企业网点选址问题进行了科学的评价与分析。然后对各因素之间进行邻接矩阵、可达矩阵、分解矩阵等逐步分析,最终得出影响快递企业网点选址的表层因素、中层因素以及深层因素。结果表明,此方法将各要素层次化、明朗化,对解决快递业网点选址问题具有较高的现实价值。
To assess and analyze the location problem of express enterprise service outlets, the paper use the ISM of the systems engineering theory to study in steps the adjacency, reachability and decomposition matrices of its influence factors and finally groups them into surface, mid-level and underlying factors.
