摘要
以榆济天然气管道工程为背景,归纳了该工程创优工作的实施要点,包括设定创优目标、确立组织机构、质量措施和文明施工方案、推广创新技术等,通过有效实施,提高了项目部的施工管理水平,确保了施工质量。
Taking Yu-Ji natural gas pipeline engineering as the background,this thesis summarizes the high-quality implementation points including formulating high-quality target,establishing organization structure,quality measures,civilized construction scheme,and promoting new techniques and so on.Through effective implementation,it improves the construction management level of project department and guarantees construction quality.
