摘要
近年来,建筑能耗在能源总消耗量中占的比例逐年上升,我国已经成为全球建材消耗、污染排放第一大国,建筑低碳化是我国建筑业可持续发展的必由之路。以行动者网络理论为视角,利用行动者网络理论的转译原理对建筑低碳化的动力机制进行分析,结果表明,通过行动者网络的构建,可以全面揭示建筑低碳化过程中的动力因素(行动者)及其之间的作用机制。政府作为核心行动者通过采取合理的手段可以调整行动者的行为,消除建筑低碳过程中的利益冲突和异议。行动者网络理论的应用为研究建筑低碳化动力机制提供了全新视角,也为相关领域的进一步研究提供了有力的理论支持。
China has ranked first in constraction materials consumption and pollatants emission throughout the world as its proportion in the Chinese total energy consumption rising year by year. It is the construction low-carbonization that must be adopted to maintain Chinese construction industry's sustainable development. The construction low-carbonization dynamic mechanism is examined on the basis of the actor network theory translation principle. The research shows that the actor net- work theory can fully reveal the dynamic factors ( actors ) of the construction low-carbonization process, and also can reveal the mechanism of the dynamic factors. The government, which is the core of actors, can adjust the behaviors of actors by taking reasonable means so as to eliminate the interest conflict and dissent of the construction low-carbonization process. The application of actor network theory provides a new perspective for the study of the construction low-carbonization dynamic mechanism, as well as a strong theoretical support for the further research.
