FCC烟气NO_x排放影响因素及控制措施分析 被引量:14

ANALYSIS ON THE INFLUENCING FACTORS AND CONTROL MEASURES OF NO_X EMISSION FROM FCC FLUE GAS

摘要 氮氧化物是大气主要污染物之一。近年来,催化烟气氮氧化物控制已经成为行业关注的重点。国家在"十二五"期间将加大氮氧化物的控制管理,制定严格的排放标准。分析讨论现有催化裂化装置烟气氮氧化物排放现状及控制措施对催化裂化烟气脱氮具有十分重要的意义。通过分析FCC烟气NOx生成机理、控制措施以及燕山石化两套FCC烟气排放情况,得出催化裂化烟气可以通过工艺条件控制、使用新型助剂和采用新型低氮氧化物再生器等方式实现烟气氮氧化物达标排放。 NOx is one of the main air pollutants.In recent years,the NOx control of FCC flue gas has become a focus in petroleum refining industry.Meanwhile,NOx will be one of the main controlled-pollutants during China's 12th Five-Year-Plan and the emission standard will be stricter.It will be of great importance to analyze the influencing factors and control measures of De-NOx of FCC flue gas.The paper comes to a conclusion that the NOx in FCC flue gas can meet the current emission standard by process control,using new De-NOX additives and low-NOx regenerator based on the analysis of reaction mechanism,control measures and the status quo of two sets of FCC units in Yanshan Petrochemical Company.
