套管抗内压的模拟实验研究

摘要 目前钻井作业的趋势是深井、超深井、水平井和定向井,套管磨损问题变得尤为突出。套管磨损后,抗内压强度下降,不仅会给油田生产安全造成威胁,还很容易引发环境污染。笔者对月牙型磨损套管进行模拟实验,研究其在内压作用下的周向应变分布规律。研究结果表明:随着套管磨损量的增加,套管抗内压强度减小,在磨损最严重的部位的应变量首先随磨损量增加而减小,然后随磨损量增加而增加,外表面出现内凹现象;位于磨损与未磨损的过渡区所受的周向应变值受磨损量的影响最大,随磨损量的增大而较大幅度增大。 Currently, the trend of drilling is deep wells, ultra - deep wells, horizontal wells and directional wells, especially the issue of case wearing. As the case worn, the burst strength is declined. It can not only threaten the production salty of oil field, but also be very easy to give rise to environmental pollution. By doing simulation experiments to the crescent -shaped casing wear, the author studies the distribution of circumferential strain under its inner pressure. The results show that: the amount of casing wear increases, the burst strength of the casing internal decreases. In the most serious parts of the wearing, firstly the variable decreases with the increase of the amout of the casing wear, and then increases with the increase of it and the outer surface begin to appear concave phenomenon. The transition zone between the wearing and not wearing, which the amount of wearing suffered the circumferential strain, is impacted mostly. And it will increase greatly as the increase of the wearing amount.
