摘要
针对目前SolidWorks二次开发工作在工程图领域的不足,提出了一种基于VB的SolidWorks的工程图二次开发方法.详细分析SolidWorks API对象结构及BREP模型的基础上,构建了一套激光快速成型分层系统,给出了基于原点定位和对齐定位两种算法.所开发的系统具有较高的分层效率及分层精度,大量的实例应用验证了本系统的稳定性及有效性.
Basing on the demerits of secondary development for SolidWorks engineering drawing, a redevelopment method based on VB was presented. The SolidWorks API object structure and the BREP model were analyzed in details, and the algorithms of origin - position and the aligning - position for engineering drawing were presented. A slicing system for laser rapid prototyping was developed and the case studies results justified the feasibility and sta- bility of this system.
