To the Editor： We read with great enthusiasm an interesting and exciting review article Targeting glioma stem cells： enough to terminate gliomagenesis？ by Dong and Huang,1 who believed that single targeting therapy against glioma stern cells is unsuccessful and ameliorating the microenvironment should local tumor inducing/promoting be a reasonable strategy.
