摘要
在聚丙烯酸酯乳液共聚中引入AAEM功能单体,同时在较温和的条件下通过迈克尔加成反应引入C=C双键,实现了水性聚丙烯酸酯热-UV辐射的交联,并对聚丙烯酸酯的合成及成膜条件进行了优化。实验结果表明:该涂层性能耐乙醇拭擦158次不破膜,硬度达到3H,耐碱性24h无泛白、起皱。
The functional monomer Acetoacetoxyethyl-methyacrylate was introduced into the polyacrylate emulsion, and at the same time c= c was introduced into the polyacrylate emulsion through Michael addition reaction at ambient conditions,then thermal-radiation crosslinking of waterborne polyacrylate was achieved by UV irradiation. The synthesis of polyacrylate and film-forming condition were optimized. The results of experiment showed that the film had excellent prop- erties: the ethanol-resistant wipe was 158 times, the hardness was 3H and the alkali-resistance was 24 hours.
