摘要
本文结合乌鲁木齐市国土资源档案数据库及档案管理系统建设项目的开展,通过对乌鲁木齐市国土资源档案的整理和调研,建立了档案数字化加工流程及对数字化成果的管理利用模型,完成了乌鲁木齐市国土资源档案管理系统的设计与开发,并对系统的架构和特点做了简要的介绍。文章在重点介绍了档案管理系统功能特色的基础上,详细描述了国土资源档案数字化加工及管理模式。
The author＇s build up the workflow process of digital archives and engineering use model over the numerical results. They complete the creation of files engineering system and development by making a research, an arrangement over the land resources archives of Urumqi City in combination with the launch of project archives management system and files database. They explain the system architecture and features, while focusing on the files engineering system function, land and resource archives, digital processing and management model.
