摘要
针对兰新二线高性能混凝土粗骨料碎石供应不足的问题,通过理论分析卵石破碎后破碎面积占表面积的比例关系及破碎粒径变化趋势,结合试验研究,分析对比了碎卵石对高性能混凝土的影响,得出了碎卵石应用的最小粒径、破碎面积等指标,同时提出了分级破碎的粒径要求,研究即为保证沿线混凝土施工质量提供了理论依据和试验论证,又做到就地取材,节约资源和保护环境的双重效益。
According to the supply shortage problem of Lanxin second-line high-performance concrete garvel coarse aggregate,a theoretical analysis study by cushing area ratio of broken relationship and crushing surface particle change trend, analysize and comparisive the influence produced by broken gravel on high-performance concrete, obtained the smallest diameter of broken gravel application and gravel area and other in- dexes,meanwhile,it puts forward the grain diameter requirements of grade crushing,the study not only guarantee the quality of concrete construction along the railway and provides theoretical basis and experiment,but also use local materials, and resourceconservation and environmental protection of double benefit.
