摘要
慢性肾衰的病机关键是气机不畅,毒邪内蕴、脾肾亏虚是导致气机不畅的根本,毒邪又是加重气机失调的重要因素。二者互为因果,证属本虚标实。因此,治疗中应标本虚实兼顾,而调气法的使用尤为重要。
Chronic renal failure mechanism is unsmooth Qi, toxin factor and spleen and kidney deficiency are the cause of unsmooth Qi. Toxin factor is the important factor of aggravating Qi disorders. Therefore in treatment, it should pay attention to the centralizer specimen, and cannot ignore to eliminate pathogenic Qi.
