超长距离大口径钢顶管曲线顶进轨迹的控制技术 被引量:5

摘要 分析了钢顶管曲线顶进轨迹控制系统应满足的要求,提出了适合超长距离大口径钢顶管曲线顶进的轨迹控制系统,并分析了各组成部分在轨迹控制中的作用。从机头姿态控制和线形控制两方面介绍了钢顶管曲线顶进的施工控制方法,提出了及时准确测量、机头与二级纠偏管联合作用、绘制机头偏差趋势图、及时启用纠偏特殊管、用螺栓和卡箍控制开口量等轨迹控制方法。介绍了上海青草沙水源地原水工程严桥支线,对钢顶管曲线顶进轨迹控制技术的实际应用效果进行了分析。实践证明,对于钢顶管的曲线顶进,采用提出的轨迹控制技术会取得较好的控制效果。 The suitable curved jacking path control system of steel pipe-jacking with super long distance & large diameter is proposed on the basis of necessary requirements analysis of this system in this paper.Then,the function of every component part of this system has been discussed and the construction control method of steel pipe jacking curved jacking is introduced from two aspects of machine head attitude and linear controls.Several path control methods are put forward including accurate measurement in time,combination function of machine head and class II correction tube,drawing a correction trend picture of machine head,using correction special tube in time and controlling the openings by means of bolt & hoop,etc.Taking Yanqiao Branch Line of Shanghai Qingcaosha Water Source Raw Water Project for example,the practical application effects of this system are analyzed and the results show that the path control technique proposed in this paper will receive better control effects for curved jacking of steel pipe-jacking.
