摘要
地震是现代城市的主要灾害,在一定程度上制约着土地利用。从区域防震的角度,通过分析投入-产出过程,论述了区域防震土地利用的概念。介绍了我国地震灾害的区域分布差异特征,将区域防震土地利用划分为5种类型。在考虑防震减灾与经济效益的基础上,提出了区域防震土地利用分析模型,该模型以行业区域投资效益为指标,给出了行业在区域的投资适宜度。最后在仅考虑地震影响和经济发展的基础上,分析并给出了全国防震土地利用适宜性分布结果。并对"不宜建设区"和"限制建设区"的土地利用提出了建议。
Earthquake is a major disaster in modern cities,it restricts land use in some dgeree.From viewpoint of regional earthquake disaster prevention,through analyzing input and output process,the concept of regional earthquake disaster prevention land use was described.Earthquake disaster regional distribution difference in China was introduced,and the regional earthquake disaster prevention land use was divided into five types.Based to cosideration of earthquake disaster prevention and economic benefit,a region earthquake prevention land use model was put forward,in which industry investment benefit was used as analysis index,and the model can be used to present industry investment feasibility in a region.Finally,in the condition of only considering earthquake effect and economy development,the paper analyzes and gives out a distribution of national earthquake disaster prevention land use suitableness.And land use advises are given for the ＂not suitable construction region＂ and ＂restrict construction region＂.
