摘要
采用自设计的粘结围岩和模拟拱顶的喷射试验方法,开展湿喷混凝土施工性能的室内研究。试验结果表明,单掺无机纳米外加剂和复掺无机纳米外加剂与粗纤维的喷射混凝土,与围岩的轴拉粘结强度均在1.0 MPa以上,且复掺的强度较高。两组配合比的喷射混凝土回弹率分别为23%和20%,一次喷层厚度为22 cm和25 cm,复掺可增加混凝土的粘聚性,降低回弹率。本次试验采用的方法可在室内比较不同配合比的喷射混凝土的施工性能。但由于场地及试验机械设备的限制,室内模拟喷射试验的混凝土回弹率较现场高。本文的试验方法及测试结果可为喷射混凝土的室内研究提供参考。
The construction performance of shotcrete is tested in door by using self-designed method which including bonding adjacent rock and simulating rock vault. The results show that: for two groups of shotcrete with single-doped nanomaterials and combined-doped nano-materials and crude fiber respectively, the axial bond strengths with rock are more than 1.0 MPa and the latter is more higher, and the resilience rate is 23% and 20% respectively for two groups with a single shotcreting thickness of 22 cm and 25 cm respectively, and the latter can increase the cohesiveness and lower resilience rate of concrete. Due to the limits of space and test equipments, the resilience rates in indoor test are higher than that in on-site test. The test methods and results can provide reference for the indoor study of shotcrete.
