摘要
高职文化是高职院校在"校企合作"、"工学结合"的特殊环境中生成的高职人占主导地位的生存方式,是高职人的"行为规范体系"和"价值观体系"的集合体。高职理念与高职精神是高职文化的两个核心层面。三明职业技术学院自建院以来就积极探索和实践高职文化建设的路径,以"树德"彰显教育的本质,以"砺能"突出高职教育的特色。
The culture of vocational college is a special existing way generated from "College-Industry Part- nership" and "Integration of Working and Learning" in vocational colleges as well as a combination of "Behavior Criterion System" and "System of Views on Values" for vocational college staff and students. The vocational ideas and vocational spirit are the two nuclear categories of culture in vocational colleges. Sanming Vocational College, since its establishment, has been finding and practicing ways to the cultural construction of vocational college and trying to form its characteristics of "moral cuhivation" and "competence training".
