摘要
通过曲柄滑块机构输出构件的位移、速度和加速度解析法方程,采用LabVIEW编程,计算出位移、速度和加速度运动参数理论值,并实现了这些运动参数曲线的可视化显示;采用虚拟仪器技术和LabVIEW编程,对曲柄滑块机构的运动特性进行了测试实验。结果表明:运动参数的理论值与实验结果基本吻合,可为提高复杂构件运动特性的分析效率和准确性提供理论依据。
The theoretical value of displacement, velocity and acceleration were calculated through analytical method equations of eccentric slider-crank mechanism output component' s displacement, velocity and acceleration by LabVIEW programming. The visual display for the curves of motion parameters was achieved. The motion charac- teristics of slider-crank mechanism were tested by virtual instrument technology and LabVIEW programming, the re- suits showed that the theoretical value of motion parameters were basically agreed with the experimental results, which could provide a theoretical basis for improving the efficiency and accuracy of complex components motion characteristics analysis.
