摘要
发动机进气系统是发动机的重要组成部分,进气系统性能的好坏严重影响发动机和整车性能。文章利用GT-Power软件,以4100型汽油机为原型机进行一维建模仿真,介绍了不同进气总管管长和管径在发动机不同转速时对充气效率、扭矩及功率的影响。表明进气总管结构参数主要影响进气系统波动效应,提出发动机在中低转速时对充气效率影响较大;而高转速时,对充气效率、发动机扭矩和功率的影响较小。对汽油机进气系统的优化设计具有一定的借鉴意义。
The intake system is an important part of the engine. The performance of the intake system impacts on the engine and vehicle performances. Based on the GT-Power software and taking 4100 engine as the prototype, a one-dimensional modeling is presented. And the affects on volume efficiency, torque and power with different length and diameter of intake pipe is introduced, h is indicated that structure parameters of intake pipe mainly influences the flutter of air intake system. And it has greater influence on volumetric efficiency at low speed; less effect on volumetric efficiency, engine torque and power at high speed. It has certain significance of optimization design of gasoline engine intake system.
