输尿管镜钬激光与体外冲击波治疗直径较大的输尿管结石疗效比较 被引量:15

摘要 目的:评价经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术与体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)治疗直径>1 cm的输尿管上段结石的有效性及安全性。方法:选取2007年9月~2010年9月142例直径>1 cm的输尿管上段结石患者,将其分为两组:经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术组74例,ESWL组68例,比较两组的结石排净率及并发症。结果:输尿管镜组74例中,70例看到结石并击碎,其中结石排净率为90.0%(63/70),而ESWL组结石排净率只有64.7%(44/68),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组术后均未发生明显的术后并发症。结论:经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗直径>1 cm的输尿管上段结石疗效明显优于ESWL,可作为直径>1 cm的输尿管上段结石治疗的首选。
