摘要
针对火炮发射现场实时记录问题,本文设计一种基于单片机的火炮发射次数计数系统。该系统通过应用处理器C8051F060以及其外围电路,对振动传感器MEAS3031采集到的振动信号和音频传感器采集的声音信号进行处理,与设定阈值比较后得到相应的发射脉冲,实现次数的准确统计。在实验平台上对振动和声音信号的具体形式进行分析,结果表明,信号波形连续、完整,测量相对误差小于2.06%。该设计符合实际需要,并具有反应速度快、检测准确、参数灵敏可调、实用性强等特点,可以广泛推广和应用。
To solve the problem of times detecting for gun launching in real-time,an automatic counting system based on single-chip microcomputer is designed and realized.The system adopts microcomputer C8051F060 and its peripheral circuit to process the sampled vibration signal from vibration sensor MEAS3031 and the sound signal from the audio sensor.Through comparing the conditioned signals with the threshold value,the system can get the correct times of the gun launching.The experiment is investigated on the vibration platform.The results show that the relative error of the measured vibration signal is smaller than 2.06% and the times counting is correct.Also,the system has the advantages of rapid reaction,high precision,adjustable parameters and strong practicality.It can be widely promoted and applied.
