摘要
通过对TPR56-F33-VTG增压器与R12V280ZJ柴油机的配套,研究了可变涡轮增压柴油机对环境条件变化的适应性以及对部分负荷柴油机性能的影响。结果表明,通过调节可变涡轮可大幅度提高柴油机的部分负荷性能和大范围减少环境条件对柴油机性能的影响。
The adaptability of the variation of environmental conditions and the effects of the diesel engine performance at part load were investigated by matching R12V280ZJ diesel engine with TPR56-F33-VTG turbocharger.The results show that the diesel engine performance at part load was obviously improved and the effects of the diesel engine performance on environmental conditions were observably reduced through adjusting the nozzle ring position of VTG.
