摘要
介绍了预热系统在内燃机车上的作用和重要性,分析了内燃机车柴油机低温启动困难的原因,寒冷气候条件对柴油机启动的影响。介绍了国内外内燃机车预热系统的原理和几种常用方式及我们推荐的方式,并逐项分析了预热锅炉、辅助柴油发电机组、电加热器、蒸汽加热器、热水加热器、外接热水循环、空转打温、柴油机自动打温系统、地面固定式预热站、干式冷却系统、废热储存装置、太阳能预热装置、低冻点防冻液和库房保温等各种预热方式及优缺点,并指出应当因地制宜地选取内燃机车柴油机预热方式。
This paper introduces preheat systems the role and importance of diesel locomotive,analyzes the reason of difficulty of low-temperature start,cold climate conditions on the influence of the diesel engine start.The principle of preheating systems and some commonly used way are introduced at home and abroad and we recommend way,and item by item analyzes the boiler,preheat auxiliary diesel generating sets,electric heater,steam heater,hot water heater,external water circulation,idling play,AESS,automatic hit the ground fixed preheat station,dry cooling system,waste heat storage device,solar preheater,low frozen antifreeze and warehouse preservation etc all kinds of preheating way and their advantages and disadvantages,and points out that we should adjust measures to local conditions to select diesel locomotive preheat way.
