摘要
基于对四川省7个地震重灾县农房统规重建模式农户满意度的调查,运用二元Logistic模型,对其影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:农户对统规重建模式的满意度并不高,影响其满意度的因素主要有生活能源费用及邻里关系、政策与制度安排、生产便利度、收入来源和家庭常住人口数,而住房质量与公共品供给对农户满意度影响并不显著。由此得出了相关政策启示。
Based on the farmers＇ satisfaction investigation of unified planning reconstruction pattern which is from seven earthquake stricken counties of Sichuan Province and analyzes its influencing factors with binary Logistic model.The results show that the degree of farmers＇ satisfaction on unified planning reconstruction pattern is not high,and factors which influenced the satisfaction degree mainly include costs of living and resources,neighborhood relations,policy and institutional arrangement,production convenience,income sources and regular family living members.But the farmhouse quality and public goods supply are not significant on farmers＇ satisfaction impact.From this,some relative policy revelations are obtained.
