摘要
采用菌丝生长速率抑制法及孢子萌发抑制法测定了贵州省开阳、桐梓和黄平县水稻稻瘟病菌对三环唑、稻瘟灵、咪鲜胺和春雷霉素的敏感性。结果表明:三地水稻稻瘟病菌对供试杀菌剂的敏感性存在不同程度的差异。其中,黄平县水稻稻瘟病菌对三环唑、咪鲜胺、春雷霉素的EC50值为最大,表现均为最不敏感;桐梓县水稻稻瘟病菌对4种供试杀菌剂的EC50值为最小,表现均为最敏感;开阳县水稻稻瘟病菌对稻瘟灵表现为最不敏感。
The sensitivities of rice blast (Pyricularia grisea) from different areas ( Kaiyang, Tongzi, Huangping) of Guizhou Province to Tricyclazole, Isoprothiolane, Prochloraz and Kasugamycin were investigated using suppression method of myeelium growth rate and conidia germination in the present study. The results showed that levels of sensitivity to the four fungicides were different among the strains from different areas of Cuizhou Province. The most insensitiveness to Trieyclazole, Proehloraz and Kasugamyein was scored from Huangping strains, and that to Isoprothiolane was obtained from Kaiyang strains. The most sensitiveness to the four fungicides was scored from Tongzi strains.
