摘要
为重建受猪鼻支原体人为污染的BHK-21细胞,本研究采用含10mg/L乙基环丙沙星的培养液,对受污染的BHK-21细胞进行物理、化学相结合的循环处理,并用DNA荧光染色法和PCR法对处理进行全程监测。结果发现,4次循环处理并再传3代后,猪鼻支原体污染已被彻底清除,细胞恢复了健康。此方法为抢救受支原体污染的细胞提供了参考。
For reconstructing the contaminated BHK-21 cells artificially by M.hyorhinis with the Enrofloxacin,the contaminated BHK-21 cells were treated with the MEM growing solution of 10 mg/L Enrofloxacin circularly by physical and chemical methods,and the course was monitored by the methods of DNA fluorescent staining and PCR.The M.hyorhinis was cleaned successfully after 4 cycles and 3 passages,the BHK-21 cells were recovered.The method offered a reference for saving the contaminated cells by Mycoplasma.
