摘要
地方经济的发展与地方高校相互依存,相互促进,高校科研是高校服务区域经济建设的重要内容。目前,福建省高校科研的发展存在科研状态封闭,科研成果形式化,科研服务能力有待提高等问题。影响高校科研服务海西建设功能有效发挥的制约因素主要在于高校科研管理体制不健全,科技中介服务机构缺乏及高校、政府、企业三者互动机制缺失。据此,提出科研立足海西,加强产学研结合,健全科技中介服务机构,建立、健全政府、企业、高校合作机制等建议,以引导福建省高校科研更好为地方经济建设服务。
Local economic development and local colleges are interdependent and cross-promoting. Scientific research in college is their medium. Meanwhile, scientific research in Fujian Colleges faces the problems of isolation, formalism, poor service ability. Reasons lies in imperfect management, lack of facilitating agencies, lack of interactive mechanism among colleges, government and enterprises. The article proposes to base on constructing the West Strait, strengthen on combining production, teaching and research, perfect intermediaries, establish and perfect cooperative mechanism to guide it to better serve local economy.
