摘要
马克思劳动力理论范畴与人力资本理论范畴既有联系,又有区别。当代人力资本理论对马克思主义政治经济学提出了新的挑战,马克思劳动力理论在新时期应与时俱进,这样才能更好地发展和完善马克思经济学理论。
Through the comparing of the Marxist labor force theory category and the human capital theory category, the arti- cle tries to explore the ten challenges of the human capital theory to Marxist economics on the base of the difference and similarity, and shows that the Marxist labor force theory should be updated along the time. Of course, the Marxist labor force theory could develop Marxist economics theory well and makes it perfect. Key words： labor force ; human capital; theoretical challenge
