摘要
针对目前制造工艺的高压交流断路器参数水平不能满足日益增长的电网短路电流水平引起的保护要求,提出了一种基于单元化真空断路器串并联结构的大容量高压断路器设计方案。该断路器将40.5kV光控单元化真空断路器通过均压组件串联成为110kV的高压断路器,同时利用具有高耦合度、正常工作状态下能耗小的空心分裂电抗器,有效实现了自动均流和限流功能、集成控制、成倍增大断路器承受的额定电流以及短路电流能力。对该设计的工作原理进行了理论分析及仿真计算后试验验证了其可行性,因而在真空断路器领域开创了新的技术思路,在参数指标上达到了新的高度,迄今国内外尚未出现同时达到电压>110kV、额定电流>5kA、额定短路开断电流>80kA的真空断路器。
In the current manufacturing process,the existing parameters of the level of generator circuit breakers can not meet the protection requirements of growing short circuit current of grid and the technical and economic rationality.We presented a new design of large-capacity high-voltage breakers.In this design,a tightly-coupled reactor which has a small consumption in normal working state was adopted to connect with two paralleled breakers.This combination could effectively achieve the function of automatically current-sharing and current-limiting,thus the level of both the rated current and short-circuit current of circuit breakers could be doubled.The working principle of the design was theoretically analyzed and simulated,and its feasibility was also verified through dynamic tests.In the field of vacuum circuit breaker,this results reveal that the design reaches a new level.The vacuum circuit breaker products beyond the rating of voltage(110 kV) and the current parameters(rated current 5 kA,rated short-circuit current 80 kA) simultaneously at home and abroad have not yet appeared.
