摘要
对高速织造时经线张力的变化、伸长与弹性及摩擦特性等方面做了理论性探讨, 对纬线张力、纬线结构和材料与速度的关系作了分析。提出除传统织造工艺因素外, 高速织造时的织物幅宽、综框数目、梭口形状等对经线动态负荷的影响, 阐明引纬控制装置对缩小纬纱张力波动范围、降低纬纱断头率起到重要作用。
Theoretically investigates the tension, elongation, resiliency and friction of warp during high_speed weaving, with analyese made on the relation between the tension, construction and material of weft. It is believed that besides some traditional weaving factors, the fabric width, heddle frame number and shed shape impose influence upon the dynamic load of warp in high_speed weaving, while a proper control over weft insertion plays an important role in narrowing fluctuation of weft tension and reducing weft breakage.
