摘要
介绍了烃类在裂解炉中裂解的结焦机理及影响结焦的因素,国内外乙烯裂解过程中裂解炉管结焦抑制技术的进展,包括炉管表面涂层技术、最新结焦抑制剂和新型炉管等的应用。
Coke formation mechanisms in ethylene cracking furnace and the dominant influencing factors on coke formation are introduced in this acticle. Domestic and foreign progress of coked suppresses technical on ethylene decomposition process was detailed summarized. Furnace tube external coating technology and newest coking inhibitor and new furnace tube＇s application was introduced.
