摘要
                
                    采用高效液相色谱法测定黔产纯种发酵淡豆豉中大豆黄素及染料木素的含量,该测定方法下大豆黄素及染料木素含量的回归方程分别为Y=778.83X-11.467(r=0.9999)、Y=41.074X-12.537(r=0.9999),分别在0.210~1.680μg、0.111~8.880μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为100.18%、98.99%,RSD分别为1.79%、0.72%。该方法简便可行、重复性好,可作为黔产纯种发酵淡豆豉中大豆黄素及染料木素的含量测定方法。
                
                A method of HPLC was established to determine the contents of genistein and soy flavin in Guizhou pure fermented Sojae Semen Praeparatum. Flavin and soy genistein regression equations were Y=778.83X-11.467 (r=0.9999), Y=41.074X-12.537 (r=0.9999), and 0.210-1.680 ug,0.111-8.880 ug at the peak area showed good linearity, respectively. The average recovery was 100.18%, 98.99%, RSD was 1.79%, 0,72%, respectively.The result showed that the method was simple, reproducible and can be as genistein and soy flavin in Guizhou Pure fermented Sojae Semen Praeparatum the assay method.
